We offer bulk custom puffer jacket manufacturing under a complete white-label / private-label service, suitable for clothing brands, streetwear labels, wholesalers, and corporate buyers. Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces.
You can choose your preferred outer fabric from Memory Fabric, Bubble Ripstop, Parachute Fabric, or any other fabric of your choice. Fabric options are selectable in a dedicated section, and additional fabrics can also be arranged on request.
The jacket insulation is polyester filling, fully customizable from 150 GSM to 500 GSM, allowing you to control warmth, puffiness, and overall weight. Prices are already listed based on insulation GSM. The listed price includes a custom embroidered logo (1.5 x 3 inches) on the front.
Please note: prices apply to the mentioned embroidery size only. Any additional or advanced customization can be added on request.

We provide worldwide shipping. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are calculated and confirmed prior to order confirmation. Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared.
Production timelines depend on order quantity, fabric selection, and customization requirements. Estimated lead times are communicated before production begins.
Refunds are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped. Any issue must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be offered accordingly.
All details including fabric, GSM, color, sizing, customization, pricing, and lead time are finalized before production. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, modifications, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted.
